Blackburn Homes is led by founder and CEO, David B. Blackburn, a leader in residential and commercial construction in Texas and Mississippi. Starting with the Oaks at Wildwood in Georgetown, TX, and Oxford Commons in Oxford, MS, Blackburn has been building award-winning Oxford, MS, and Central Texas communities for nearly twenty years. Focused on building exceptional experiences, Blackburn continues to expand into new areas, including Mississippi, Texas, and more. Philanthropy

Our commitment to the communities we build extends beyond constructing exceptional neighborhoods in Texas and Mississippi. We actively participate in and contribute to local charitable efforts, including granting a Make-A-Wish trip to Disney for an Oxford, MS, resident, hosting events like the annual bowling charity in Oxford, MS, to support the LovePacks organization, and a cornhole tournament to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Our employees in Texas also actively give back, including donating food to Caritas, helping to feed families around the holidays, and recently donating $5,000 to Ronald McDonald House.
